This Sunday the Bills are shuffling off to Miami for one of the biggest games of the season! Come support your team as they squish the fish! The game starts at 1pm and the doors of McFadden’s open at noon. Get there early if you want a table as seating is on first come first serve basis. We had 220 PEOPLE last week…lets try and top that!!!!
Thanks to all of you for posting suggestions on our site’s message board nycbbb.com. Matt and I have been trying to answer them as promptly as possible! Hope you all enjoyed that close win over the Texans last week….AND the REAL buffalo wings that McFadden’s now carries! If you have any comments or suggestions about Sundays at McFadden’s, feel free to post on our message board located on our website nycbbb.com.
We need your help. Seeing that the Jets are having an awful season, we are asking you to ask your local friends that are Jets fans if they are willing to sell their tickets to the November 24th Jets/Bills game here in good ol’ NYC. We’d like to put together a tail-gate party for the game and acquire as many tickets as possible.
Just a quick reminder….this Sunday the Bills have one of their biggest games of the season against the arch-rival Miami Dolphins! come show your support! Game starts at 1pm…McFadden’s opens at noon!

We had over 180 attend last week’s game! Good crowd, good people, and good fun.
A few notes:
Seating is first come, first serve. We expect even more than 180, so get there early to get yourself a seat.
Also, the staff at McFadden’s had been busting their behinds to cater to our large group (which grew faster than anyone expected). Their drink/wings special is generous. Please be generous back by making sure to tip the waiters/waitresses/bartenders.

Attention Fellow Bills Fan:
The Bills Backers of New York City recently made an important decision. We have selected the bar where we’ll watch this season’s games. After an exhaustive search (including the bar suggestions sent to us), we unanimously selected McFadden’s (800 2nd Avenue – at 42nd Street; New York, NY). Overall, McFadden’s will best accommodate our needs and will devote a special area just for the Bills Backers and friends.
To celebrate the decision and familiarize ourselves with our new home away from home, we are having a kick-off celebration at McFadden’s on Wednesday, August 14, 2002 at 6:30pm. We want to get to know all of you that have signed up with us since our website launch in January. We now have over 100 people on our list, and the list continues to grow from week to week. (Remember to spread the word!!!)
If you can’t make the kick-off party next Wednesday, that’s ok. We’ll see you on opening day on September 8 to watch the Bills spank the Jets. More details about opening day will be e-mailed out and posted to our site well before gameday.
The season opener will be here before you know it. What better way to kick-off the new Bledsoe era than to go on a fun-filled voyage with the hardest of hardcore Bills fans?
The Bills Backers of New York City is beginning to prepare a road trip to this season’s home opener. On Sunday September 8, the new look Bills will take on every metro-NY Bills fan’s worst nemesis, the New JERSEY Jets.
The first step is to get a close idea of the number of people that want to attend. Would you like to be part of the action?
We’ll have a weekend long list of events, including a night out in town Saturday night, tailgate Sunday morning, and of course — the adrenaline fueled gametime excitement.
We are going to plan the travel arrangements too. Be it carpool, flight, train, we’ll coordinate the efforts to maximize travel efficiency.
Hotel rates for the Hyatt downtown are approximately $90/room. Flights can booked for roughly $120 (round trip). Game tickets will likely be in the $50 range. PRICING DETAILS WILL BE CONFIRMED BEFORE ANY COMMITMENT.
Please let us know ASAP. We have been told that tickets are going at a rapid pace. Group sales have started and we want to make sure we get a piece of the pie. We want you there!
